Byron: A Good Burger

Recently, I traveled to London, England. While there, I saw many sights, and ate at many restaurants. Byron, a hamburger place that is steadily improving and growing, was my favorite place there. It now has many restaurants all across London and hopefully it will be beginning it’s expansion to U.S and other parts of the U.K.

If you are looking for something adventurous, don’t go here. However, if you are looking for a really good burger, theses guys definitely know what they’re doing.

The waiters are very nice and super engaged. They listen carefully, so they almost never get your order wrong. They do their job and do it well. The general experience of the restaurant is very warm and welcoming. You never feel like you don’t belong there, which is a good asset for a restaurant to have.

The chefs are quick and effective; the food doesn’t usually take too long to come out. The burgers are actually very good. Their meat is cooked to perfection depending on how you order it. Their best way of cooking it is medium, but I have tried every different way (rare, medium rare, well done, etc.). Take your pick on the style of cooking you want, as all of them are good. They have a few different cheeses and all of them suit the burger really well; they include swiss, cheddar, blue, american, and many more. The burgers are not very big, so your meal won’t make you too full to continue sight seeing. They even have a delicious chicken or veggie burger if thats your thing.

Byron is a great place to go for a meat lover, but if you are a vegetarian you can still have an enjoyable meal. If you are planning a trip to London in the future, I definitely recommend you give it a try; you can find about 30 of them in various places around London. You can stop there after you’ve visited all of London’s great sights. All that walking will make you pretty hungry.
